Meeting called to order at 7:11 pm

President Steve began meeting by welcoming candidates

1. Constitutional revision discussed (grammatical corrections, membership requirement changes, etc.)
   • Vote called by Greg M., seconded by Sandra S.
     • Revisions approved unanimously by voice vote
     • Formerly ineligible “College Students” were welcomed as members and encouraged to pay dues
2. Secretary/Treasure’s report
   • Minutes are available on the web site (http://clarkforkyoungrepublicans.com/)
   • Current Balance is $100 ($75 from dues, $25 donation)
   • Account established at First Security Bank
3. President’s Report
   • Recruitment will be expanded to Ravaili and Mineral County
   • The state YR board gave us $1000 to use for a Kick-Off/Membership Drive
   • Standing committees will form for the three counties that the club encompasses.
