Meeting Announcement

Recap from our last meeting: there are A LOT of opportunities (and even more to come) to help out Republican candidates. Stay posted and help where you can. Most candidates are in it alone. They have a handful of great friends who help keep it together but the door knocking and lit drops are a lonely run without supporters.

Our next meeting is a Wine Tasting at La Grotta Bella at 6:30PM on March 1st. Entrance is $10. The wine tasting includes a selection of four wines. Purchase your tickets at The Old Post Pub and follow the staircase down to a Tuscan-style wine bar. All members are encouraged to invite friends and all candidates are welcome to attend.

Regular meetings resume at the 501 Lounge (upstairs in the Iron Horse) at 8:15pm Thursday, April 5th, 2012.

Our meetings are typically the first Thursday of every month. We will meet in the 501 Lounge (upstairs at the Iron Horse) at 8:15PM for the business end of the meeting. For those who are interested, we will have a networking/social hour to follow every meeting at 9:00PM at the Iron Horse (yay two-for-ones!). Members and guests can attend either end of the meeting or both!

Our general meeting agenda is a reading of our purpose, a review of our last meeting or event, an introduction of our new members, a rotating opportunity for each member to introduce their business (please let me know if you want on that list), a listing of current volunteer opportunities for campaigns (bring your information), and either a topic discussion, speaker/candidate, or event planning.

February 23rd: Conservatives United in Hamilton Montana Govenor Candidates Forum at the Hamilton Aviation Hangar from 6PM to 9PM

March 1st: CFYR Wine Tasting at La Grotta Bella (under the Old Post) at 6:30PM. $10 Entrance paid at the Old Post. Friends and candidates welcome!

March 3rd: Game Night Fundraiser for Elliott for Public Service Commissioner at The Loft of Missoula at 6PM. Email christopher.greil@gmail.com for details.  

April 5th: CFYR Meeting at 8:15PM at the 501 Lounge

For those of you who want to get more involved (or even if you think we could be taking the group a different direction) please let me know. With other commitments, we now have both the Secretary and Treasurer positions available. Join Ethan and I and make this the group worth talking about!
